Background
Okhaldhunga received a significant amount of tarpaulins at earlier stages of the response however Cash/CGI distributions were very limited (1441 distributions for 13000 affected households).
The Nepali government has provided signification distributions according to the Shelter Recovery Monitoring Assessment.
Current Situation
Nepal Red Cross Society has completed distribution of NPR 10,000 to 365 HHs in Harkapur VDC. As a plan, NRCS will be distributing the same amount of cash to 2137 HHs in coming week.
As an ongoing activity, ACTED is distributing blanket, clothes and solar lamp to 687 HHs in Shrichaur and Khijifalate VDCs. After completion of these two VDCs, ACTED has a plan to distribute similar in kind to 1,587 HHs of 5 other VDCs in Okhaldhunga.
No other agencies have reported any distribution in this district.
